Now, having learned the lessons of Puerto Rico, you can see Trump returning to the same playbook of obstructing efforts to test possible victims of the coroner virus. By limiting testing, Trump and Fox News can brag about the low number of confirmed cases even as the death toll mounts.
Also, Trump's constant efforts to discredit a free press have also hampered readiness efforts.
