General Discussion
Related: Editorials & Other Articles, Issue Forums, Alliance Forums, Region ForumsWell, we just got the word that we are to WFH until the end of March.
I have been one of those people who has been taking this a little more casual than most, but in the past week I have been a bit more worried. I am kind of relieved actually. It's one less thing I have to think about. Also, it will save money (commuting, buying beverages, lunch, dry cleaning, etc.) and I can sleep later. I am kind of looking forward to it!
Has anyone else been told they should be working from home? If so, how do you feel about it?

(20,756 posts)Preliminary measures are "Office closed Monday and Friday, staff expected to work scheduled hours from home; work at home at discretion T-W-TH, scheduling only activities that require shared in-person presence in office; prepare for full WFH as quickly as you can."
We have moved all organizational meetings to teleconference and cancelled all in-person events/meetings, and banned work-related travel.
So, yeah, shit gettin' real.
