3. I kind of like going to the gym to run.

So, yesterday I ran down the road. Less traffic was nice.

Put on my head phones and escaped for a little better than an hour.

I think yesterday, for some reason, it all hit us. Life has changed.

It's just starting to occur to people around here, nobody in state has it yet though a number have been tested and a few being monitored.

Going to the store is uncomfortable. I have a couple things I need to do but I can keep my distance and wear gloves. I have neck gators and can pull those up over my face when around others since I don't like breathing other's air anyway. But I certainly make sure I wash my hands after every store visit at the nearest bathroom. The grocery stores have those disinfectant tissues at the door but they always have.

It's rural around here so it isn't hard to keep away from others if you don't have business "in town".
