Do I have it right? We will have lots more tests that no one can get..

Without passing strict guidelines to get the test.

Do you still have to have been out of the country or exposed to someone already tested?

This is asinine. Without changing the criteria the testing is useless. People are catching it from other places now...idiots.

Because of the shortage of tests, not everyone who needs one will get one - so they are limited to those most likely to have contracted it. (It is no longer limited to people who have been out of thecountry or exposed to someone already tested.)
