(11,884 posts)But where are the checks? The American people need money now to be able to pay for this happening to them , many with no jobs , many retired on fixed incomes. Are the seniors going to get screwed again here with this? They should get a check for them to use of at least $2500 -$5,000 each, instead of giving businesses a windfall they'll pocket . They also should roll back all tax cuts that were given to the top 5%, and add another 5-7% tax hike to cover some or all of this, instead of using this as an excuse to cut programs we need, but the wealthy don't. The most impacted group is the seniors , and they need to be helped the most , not penalized by trump and the GOP.

Trump wanted a payroll tax holiday which does nothing to help people who are losing their jobs.

(86,316 posts)I think her leadership also helps show that age is not a disqualifying factor and helps Joe look like our best option due to his vast experience.
Joe does really well when he's not freestyling in front of a crowd. He's got quite a track record with far more good than not so good.
