Pritzer: Illinois is ordering all restaurants and bars closed from Monday night to March 31
Governor is making an announcement right now. Also asking for grocery deliveries to be allowed to be made overnight (no more info) Talking about food banks, school food delivery, more. Election will continue on Tuesday though more than a million mail in ballots already in from Chicagoans.
