I'm watching a live presser with New Orleans mayor

and medical experts. They are saying the rate of spread is higher here than in other US cities.

I think this may be related to Mardi Gras. Probably lots of spread then with people only now showing symptoms.

Sounds like the rate of known patients doubled overnight.

Mostly tourists and out of towners.

They went right back home thinking its just a hangover.....
