COVID-19 and blood thinners

My husband takes a blood thinner so I did a little research. People with blood disorders including those taking a blood thinner are in a risk group even though otherwise healthy. As this medication is so commonly prescribed I thought I would post here.I found the information on the State of Minnesota Dept of Health website. There is a .pdf file but I don't know if it is possible to attach
