I've got an inquiry out to my daughter (who just started working at Starbucks) what that means. I haven't seen the order, but it looks like they might permit walk in and cary out - just not hanging around in the store.

They're planning on only limiting X amount of people in grocery/drug stores at one time.

I heard the drive through testing at the Clinic/UH is miles long today.

I also got what was called an "emergency call" from the office of Marcy Kaptur for a question/answer session that included Marcy, several specialists and infectious disease doctors. Questions were taken. Someone spoke to me prior to the call and said she's doing this hourly with a large group of her constituents. It was live and questions and answers from the public were taken. I thought this was very informative.

Not surprised at the drive through testing lines. Did they have enough tests for those in line?

As to Marcy Kaptur - in line with how she operates.

but that's what is posted on the website.

(COLUMBUS, Ohio)— Ohio Governor Mike DeWine today announced that the Ohio Department of Health (ODH) has issued a Director's Order that will close all Ohio bars and restaurants to in-house patrons, effective at 9:00 p.m. today, March 15, 2020. Restaurants with take-out and delivery options will still be able to operate those services, even as their dining rooms are temporarily closed.

. . .

The Ohio Department of Commerce will immediately begin offering a one-time liquor buyback option to support bars and restaurants. This will especially aid those establishments that have stocked up on high-proof liquor ahead of the St. Patrick's Day holiday for which they now have no use, due to their closure to in-house patrons.
