Gonna take some time to adjust.

My cousin’s husband died and they had to postpone his celebration of life. Sad but everyone understands.

“The incubation period is 24 to 72 hours. Right on track, the disease exploded in the city after the parade.”

At least not many people chew tobacco and spit these days. "Don't spit" signs were posted everywhere.

delay the internment/service as long as necessary for travel and group gatherings to be no longer dangerous. Most of us would be appalled at the idea of family or friends dying themselves because they chose to come to our funeral.

I know some people's religious beliefs or personal preferences would stand in the way, but for those whose don't, there need not be a rush once you're no longer talking about a casket and body (embalmed or not).
