No pet food in the stores?

I try to feed my 3 kitties a quality holistic diet. Damn it, shelves end to end cleaned out south of Pittsburgh. Dog food, cat food. I feel like a modern urban hunter foraging for my family .

I placed an order this morning. They still had some brands, but several were out of stock.

2. I checked WalMart in Midtown Indianapolis this morning

It seemed to be fairly well stocked up. It was just totally out of tp. A few towels and kleenex was available. I bought a couple three packs of baby wipes and noticed a couple shoppers eyeballing me like I was a genius. I even mentioned to my wife well I guess everyone's more worried about wiping their ass than feeding the dog.

3. I think it would be wise to keep a good bit on hand when you find it.

I had just purchased 50 pounds for my pup and that usually lasts a little over two months. But, the thought of running out was disturbing enough I just put a pick-up order for another 50 pounds (it was sold out online, or I would have ordered it there since I hate lugging 50 pound bags in) She gets a little serving of plain homemade yogurt too, so it should stretch a little while.

4. I bought dog food from my vet.

My dog eats Royal Canin and my vet has it. You might want to try that.

5. Our local Animal Welfare League has a pet food store
