Chris Hayes ✔@chrislhayes

McConnell sending the entire senate home and then heading back to Kentucky to join Brett Kavanaugh at a ceremony for a former clerk doesn't seem to be a particularly defensible decision, given where we are.

-I edited the subject line - I read the tweet that McConnell did this last week. Still sucks that he did, though.

Washington senator had a staffer get the virus. We need to protect them at least. I thought we were for shutting down everything until this passes. I’m having whiplash.

It relates completely to coronavirus damage mitigation. The lives of lots of people are at stake if that bill doesn't get resolved.

Getting feedback from the stupid people who elected you in the first place is pretty easy to blow off when the integrity of the country is at stake.

He is as evil as Trump.

And fuck his recent judicial gaming of our federal judicial system. Pass legislation that approves the increasing the courts size and neutralize the RW attempt to destroy this countries roots.

And they determined that more Democrats in urban areas will die than Republicans in rural areas due to his inaction, so he's willing to kill them all to gain a voter advantage.
