There's never been any kind of freestanding promise from the US Government to evacuate Americans from somewhere.

(1) failed to act decisively on Covad 19 by detecting it, declaring it a hoax, etc.;
(2) failed to move swiftly and decisively on implementing countermeasures;
(3) in response to governor pleas for more respirators, 'you're on your own' for the most part;
(4) you're on your own in getting back to the US;
Yeah, we're winning alright.

How about the Thousands of Americans quarantined in China who work for American Companies. Same for those who are working in Eourpe.

Some of them have large hospitals.
