In my opinion - this change in his disposition is all an act. Re-election is guiding his decisions now. He must be watching the numbers and he's 'tremendously' worried to lose his base and lose the election. He'll do anything to win. If it takes $850 Billion - he's thinking - it's not his money.

From 'hoax' to 'always knew it was a pandemic'.

I picture him - after he comes off of the podium from one of these conferences - unbuttoning his suit coat - letting out a sigh of relief. Just like he did the other night after his WH Oval Office speech.
