NEW: NYC Mayor de Blasio "New Yorkers should be prepared right now for a shelter-in-place order."

NEW: NYC Mayor de Blasio says there are discussions occurring regarding shelter in place.

"New Yorkers should be prepared right now for a shelter-in-place order."

He says he expects that decision will be made in the next 48 hours.

industry in 2008 and for tax cuts for the wealthy so todays government can darn well fund income support for the people who have lost their jobs, etc.
