Need article/resource recommendations, please

I've just been tasked with finding a few articles to explain and summarize what's going on with COVID-19. Two developmentally disabled adults who are friends of the family and have no idea what's going on. I was stunned that they truly weren't aware and found myself at a loss as to how to begin to explain what's happening.

I need something simplistic but not so simplistic as to not convey the urgency of what's happening with all the closures and such.

I'm going to start Googling again but wanted to check here in case some of you may have a resource in mind. I started trying to find resources to share with teens about CV but not finding what I need.

I could try to summarize this crisis but would rather have a reputable resource to share with them.

Thanks much.

it might be useful to them to make that comparison.

Explain that it can be more dangerous/serious/fatal than ordinary flu. You know them well enough to figure out where to go with that level of information.

It would also be appropriate to explain that most people will not get sick, or only get a little bit sick from it.

But the simulations in this article are really good. https://www.washingtonpost.com/graphics/2020/world/corona-simulator/

I find it shows in easy to understand ways why everyone has to stay away from everyone else
