interesting shops and people. But nowadays, hardly anyone goes there because you can buy anything online. This virus will probably be another hard blow to Malls everywhere. It makes me sad inside.

Have to say, this whole global pandemic thing is really working out well for Jeff Bezos. Maybe he could get some of those tests and start shipping one with every order?

Just like the first gasoline crisis in 1973 was the death knell for 1960's style gas guzzlers that got about ten miles to the gallon or less.

In any case, the retail world has been changing and still will be changing, this just accelerates that. The travel industry has been on the same track, it used to be that people sought the aid of a travel agent before going on a trip, now people are their own travel agents. And as a result of this crisis, there may well be a realization by corporate muckety-mucks that all of that old-fashioned business travel is a waste of time and money.

here in NC closed all their shops today, 4 i think?
my daughters work for them, but in the main office handling online and ordering only... was a sad day for them
