1. I think people are learning a lot more about cleanliness and sanitation.

They’re learning habits that could continue even after the virus is gonna.

I’m guessing a lot of people are learning to start cooking from home now. It’s a lot cheaper and usually healthier than eating out.

1. less dependent om meds from foreign autocratic countries
2. better prepared for the next pandemic with expanded hospital capacity
3. Americans traveling & going to restaurants & bars much more due to pent up demand

(of course, there will be the need to actually apply them).

(hopeful) unmasking of trump, laying his incompetence bare - so perhaps peel a few not yet braindead away from the cult

a dose of humility for the US in general - that we don't have it all sorted out, aren't the best at everything, that we can learn from others (I know..this is really aspirational)

Slowing down our lives - spending more time with loved ones, in nature, with the arts

More time being self sufficient - gardening, cooking, etc

that's the best I can do at the moment....!!!

But I don't believe it will be enough to overcome the profit involved. It will take even more deaths.

Maybe there will be less deniers and more willingness to change. We are going to have substantial data proving our impact.
