"Men come and go, but Earth abides"

So begins one of my favorite books of all time. "Earth Abides" by George R Stewart, was written about 80 years ago, but it is timeless, in my opinion. It's about a pandemic that wipes out most of the population, and how the main character, Isherwood, survived and found other survivors.

I still have my paperback copy that I bought in 1971! I think I'll reread it, since I'm not going anywhere.!
