(1,206 posts)We have two little ones (one who is home from school and one too young to go yet). What I'm seeing in these memes popping up everywhere is that we are essentially saying how much we would rather not have kids, or at the very least would rather not have to deal with them.

(1,206 posts)My point though was that it's symptomatic of a very real feeling parents are displaying via memes in general and it's disheartening - at least to me.
I am working from home and though my kids are a challenge, I can't imagine not enjoying the rare extra time I get to be around them even if they are screaming, fighting and generally being a nuisance to getting work done - you know, being kids.
