because such an action may create more of a panic than presently exists. While there's sufficient liquidity in the banking system now, the last thing we need now is frightened investors/savers closing their accounts en masse and heading for the exits.

And it worked,all bet the first two days had to be all Human Trades and no Computer Trades.
