Italy...yes, fucking Italy instituted a ban on flights from China 4 FRICKIN DAYS BEFORE Donnie Shit for Brains did... and when dipshit finally did act, his ban had more exceptions and holes in it than a Mar A Lago hookers fishnet stockings.
Everything he fucking congratlates himself for is a fucking lie.
