Russia has been stuck at 147 cases for several days now. Do we believe that?

The deceased count went up to 1, so it's not that the software isn't scanning Russia. I suspect Putin is taking the Trump approach. Deny, deny, deny, until someone points out that you're being sidelined and this is the great chance to be "a president at war."

Lots of other leaders are getting infected, maybe Vlad and his entire government will, except - I’m afraid they don’t mingle much with their “constituents”
