Gov. Raimondo seems to be on top of things, calling for some restrictions and remedies before the Feds got around to them. Her twice daily pressers are lengthy and informative.
Who knows what tomorrow will bring.

That's his job, and he sucks at it.

(15,805 posts)population of post war Germany. On a smaller scale, all of our past presidents have delivered critical supplies to local communities struck by devastating natural and man-made disasters.
This is the first time the US has faced such a massive, nationwide disaster, and unfortunately we are stuck with the likes of the stupendously incompetent Trump, the worst possible pick to steer us through this emergency. Everything he has done so far has been found wanting on every level and that will not change.
