WTF?!? You listen by looking at people in the eyes and generally lean a bit in their direction to show interest. I admit that I tend to cross my arms sometimes, and contrary to typical thought, it isn't because I feel defensive. I have a kind of large belly and I just naturally cross my arms and rest them there sometimes, but I ALWAYS look at the person who is speaking, ESPECIALLY if they are speaking directly to me.

This guy does not do ANYTHING that denotes typical human development. He lacks any focus, empathy, ability to listen, or sense of propriety in public situations.
