Nothing! The racism, the hate, overshadows anything he can do to make them jump off the crazy train.
They are extremely sick people, any logical person would look at the daily bullshit, the lies, the name calling, the finger pointing, and come to the conclusion that tRump in one of two things. (or possibly both)
He is either a monster who is completely incompetent or using the pandemic to tear apart the Country.
Can't think of any other plausible explanation, yet his base doesn't waiver.

(8,419 posts)I made a recovering Republican think a bit last year. tRump pushed him over the edge. But he commented that it was something new in the Republican party.
I commented that they rolled out Palin in 2012. Newt was a complete asshole in the 90's. This is nothing new, just an ugly fat face at the forefront. Could tell it was a gut punch.

(1,648 posts)In that short amount of time, look how rapidly the crisis advanced. And it will be here for a long time.
tRUMP is already down in the count regarding his lack of response and flailing like a beached bullhead. You know, the nasty little bastards with the sharp thorns.
tRUMP lacks the intelligence to even comprehend how fucked he is and is pathetic at coming up with any meaningful resolution that doesn't involve a big bailout going into his or his family's pockets. His moment of came several weeks ago and left him circle jerking on one of his golf courses.
tRUMP is not going to be able to stop anything from finding his base and even the wealthy ones who cheer him on... tRUMP's moment to save them was already squandered when he planted 'hoax' seeds in their heads, and he is only left to watch them thin out.
