Theres a store that sells soap, lotion, candles. The soap might get it the designation, given the importance of hand washing.

(34,065 posts)We (University) have so many free services between now and the end of school . . . Universities are (by and large) teaching out their classes using distance learning. That means that the services are critical.
Not necessarily life-sustaining, but the lists I've seen aren't strictly limited. (PA has put out a list.)
