so I'm stretching everything I can. I am definitely not cooking or eating like everything is normal. Portion control, slow eating, and smaller bites...you know, what I should have been doing all along. I have already lost some weight.

That said...I feel sorry for families with a lot of kids and or hungry teenage boys.
