"States should not provide numeric values to the public" -- Fed Office of Employment Insurance

“States should not provide numeric values to the public,” Gay Gilbert, the administrator of the department’s Office of Employment Insurance, wrote in the email shared with the Times. The message noted that the figures are closely tracked by financial markets judging the strength of the economy.

I think I read that he wants the numbers down for the report coming out next week. I'm going to take a guess that it might have something to do with the stock market because that's what he actually cared about, it sure as beck isn't us 99%ers.

I give zero flocks what he wants especially after he told states they're pretty much on their own and even smirked a bit when the MA gov said Trump kept out bidding him on needed supplies that Trump told states they had to try and get on their own.
