Deaths per million population charts from Mother Jones

Frightening but interesting information here. For instance, compare Spain and Switzerland.

If the US follows along the track, we'll reach around 200,000 deaths two weeks from now. The track represents Italy. Spain is doing worse than Italy, and Switzerland is doing better.

and Spain is a relatively rationally organized society. I say that as someone who has spent a lot of time in both countries.

30 deaths yesterday for their population is horrid. I can see Spain had a large death amount but overall numbers aren’t too bad.

The worst place China seems to have recovered. Italy hopefully is too. Korea is still having deaths but I heard they are in the other side.

The United States is hopefully just over the hump going to the other side in the next day. We are on the top of the line graph it seems.
