Virus on gloves is no different from virus on hands. And from everything I've read, the virus can't propagate in the digestive system. You won't get it from eating "infected" foods. While it could be on your food, and propagate by touching it, this is no different than anything you touch at the grocery store or anywhere else. Washing hands frequently is still the best bet.

You could make an argument that the CFA order-takers should be wearing masks, the shortage of them seems to make that pretty unfeasible right now.

According to a new report from Chinese media, the novel coronavirus (2019-nCoV) that has now infected more or less 14,000 people in over two dozen countries can be transmitted through the digestive tract.

But I guess you can be critical for no gloves and the order takers.

probably about 1% will die. Even if 3% die, some 97% will survive.

Your town is not doomed.

who get sick will still live.

Even the Black Death only killed 30% - 60% of those who got it. And that was in an era with zero medical care, zero understanding of the germ theory of disease, and pretty much zero hand washing.

Your town is still not doomed.

Hobby Lobby and some of their churches are just as bad.

Libertarianism and prosperity gospel are a dangerous combination. That's what they live by every day......

Curious: what state is this in?

I have been through several drive thru places and not a single one has wore masks or gloves. Nor has any check out person at a grocery store, pharmacy or any other place for that matter.

I guess that means we're all gonna die.
