Life will never be the same. 9/11 brought about societal changes and affect far fewer
It launched a wave of paranoia and prejudice and an age of endless war and exploding military budgets.
Maybe once the democrats take control back they can cut some military spending and channel it into more productive channels. But the impacts we’ll see are hard to predict right now. Obviously a great many deaths and a massive recession which will include sky high deficit spending. Maybe we’ll come out better at the end of this but it’s going to be rough for a long time.
