Day 4 I think
Haven’t walked yet but I went over to see my son who is back from college at his mom’s. Helped him fix a window. The hardware was open but not crowded and traffic was light. Supposed to get the shelter in place tomorrow from what I understand. My old coworkers are all working from home. Fortunately we had the kind of job where we could do that but the VPN hub they have keeps getting overwhelmed. I told my son he’s lucky to be in college right now, it would be a hell of a time to look for work. Their classes will be online the rest of he school year. He’s going down with his dorm roommate tomorrow to finish clearing out of the dorm.
They had just stocked up on TP and paper towel. Not sure where but it was available, but quantities were limited. I tell everyone who asks to grab me some hand sanitizer if they ever see any. So back home now, told my kid I might not see him in awhile but to be careful. Just because he is young doesn’t mean he’s invulnerable and he does have mild asthma.
