that we have a lack of a coordinated national response.

I didn't vote for Jared Polis in the primaries, but of course did in the general, but I sure am proud to have him as my governor.

That's why our numbers are still relatively low.
Honestly I'm not sure that's the focus anymore. I think the medical response is key now. A lot of people are staying home and there is food on the shelves of our grocery stores.

I am so happy that Polis is our governor.

I also am so pleased that he doesn't constantly repeat himself and make snide comments like our so-called POTUS.

I also voted for Cary Kennedy in the primary. She would have made a fantastic governor too.

It was also quite a pleasant surprise to see Federico Pena with him the other day. We're in good hands.

I thought, finally!! Some grownups in charge!

(Personal/historical note: When he (Pena) was running for mayor, he and his campaign manager used to frequent the White Spot I worked at. He always ate a chef salad. )

The White Spot on Colfax was The Place back then. Oh, and Racine's. Those were the days.

Not at all unusual to see the Fire or Police Chief... the District Atty... the Mayor...Red Miller used to come in after taping his weekly TV show. He always sat at Annie's counter and Annie (70yo) would always rag on him for calls she didn't like.

Way back machine now. Pena imagined a great city. And then we built it.
