Cuomo (NY) has given great, informative press conferences to NYers, with goid advice, sound decisions, and predictions of what we need to prepare for. He has gained a lot of positive attention for doing this. Trump feels upstaged and us fighting back with his narcissistice pressers, claiming credit for solution ideas thst Cuomo has been suggesting and asking for.

Cuomo does not correct or criticize Trump on these things. He needs to develop and maintain as much cooperation with Trump as possible because Cuomo is dealing with a massive problem that requires federal assistance.
