Raise SSA payments and unintended consequences i

I am in SE and receive SSA retirement. I am at the level where I receive Extra Help from Medicaid. The program pays my Part b and d premium and any medication copay OVER $8.50. If my benefit is raised $200 per month it would cost me far more in lost benefits than it would be worth. Without the extra help program . I would be paying over $200 per month just in premiums. Plus some of my medication copays exceeds $300. Does anybody know if the eligible income level would be raise as well?
