It's happy hour on the Titanic

this doesn't change the massive damage to our economy

most of what was announced will only benefit the finance world and the largest corporations

regular businesses are only being offered loans; which just means they go under later instead of now. They can't absorb both the loss of revenue, an economic downturn after the country reopens, and a ton of additional debt payments.

The only thing that protected from Trump's wrath was the Fed rescue overnight.
