I awoke around 1, 2 AM CST last night. Came across a post here about pandemic responses the world had previously drawn up. I am searching for it this morning and cannot find it. It mentioned universal income amid a total shutdown of country. ALL countries Any help would be appreciated. TIA

Not what I'm looking for but you gave me an idea on how to find. It linked to a publication that detailed each country's response to a pandemic. I'm really curious 1. Because we have some politicians here acting like it's a new idea. 2. It makes me way less anxious as I cannot fathom going thru something worse than the 2008-2016? financial disaster. My industry took that long to bounce back. That aspect terrifies me the most as opposed to getting sick.
