Include collins’ frowning concern, and repeated exasperation as they cover for mcconnell’s excuses for producing an expensive partisan senate plan that doesn’t address lower income americans’ needs, health providers’ needs, or insure that companies receiving the money use it for anything other than executive pay and stock buybacks.
