How about Social Security for all? WE're all in the database.

Just cut us checks if we have a social security number. And keep doing that for the duration of the emergency.

Then later on we can figure out how to make it permanent. The rich must pay!

If you wanted to give $290/week to every person age 18-64 (equivalent to the federal minimum wage), it would cost the government 60 billion dollars for each week it was paid out to the 200 million people. For a trillion dollars, the government could pay that for four months. If they wanted to do that all year, it would cost about three trillion.
