has anybody heard any explanation as to why the "economic stabilization" plan has written into it the ability for Mnuchin to withhold the names of the corporations that receive the funds for six months?

The non-transparency allows Mnuchin and Trump to pay-off political cronies millions of dollars, and we the,people wont know who or when this bribe happens. It will allow him to buy votes!
