First before I make my point, it’s such a joke that all these rethugs types are immediately lined up begging for government handouts. Socialism for corporations?

But what I was thinking about is the jobs impacts we are just starting to see. Anyone who has worked for a large concern has seen how management is always trying to minimize the numbers of actual workers, the ones who build things, clean, serve, perform actual work. You know, force x distance is the scientific definition of work. All those managers and pencil pushers don’t do actual work and yet they are usually the highest paid. And their primary function is to accomplish the mission with the minimum amount of workers. So anyway, what I see happen is so many organizations run at a bare bones level. So when something like this pandemic or anything really unforeseen happens, there is no excess capacity so they are immediately in trouble. Especially skilled kinds of labor. You can’t just go out and hire a bunch of whatever kind of specialist is needed.

So while there will be many job losses there will also be desperate need for certain types of workers. Right away it’ll be medical personnel but the list will be growing.

1. what needs to happen now

Get all trade agreements going again now at once, reverse the tax rates back to where they were and do away with loopholes that reduce revenues, reduce people in jails everywhere where they were in for non violent crimes, also reducing costs and reducing people in jails , and legalize MJ on the federal level generating revenues from taxing it and reducing costs criminalizing it. And if they really want to help everything put Senator Warren in charge to help get us out of this mess trump and the gop have put us all in now, because those in charge now put us in this mess to begin with. Expecting them to help us are dreaming , they won't. They'll make it much , much worse.
