He can't order the states to do much but he can and will shift blame to and resources away from those states that don't kneel before him.

It should be the once-and-for-all indication that no one, including republicans, should continue to hitch their wagon to him. It's a one way trip to the bottomless pit of his narcissism.

It doesn't make any sense as a policy either. I appreciate the leadership that Ohio's governor has shown through this,but if he lifted his order tomorrow, it won't change my behavior one bit. And I think that's true of most reasonable people until we can get a handle on this and properly support the folks who are giving up their lives to support us. The unreasonable people will make the problem worse and still not lift the economy.
