Possibly even each know someone who has died from it. Try telling those who are grieving the loss of a loved one, by a painful death that MIGHT have been avoided, that it didn’t happen. The numbers are huge. He’s done. Lies won’t cover what our hearts feel and our eyes see. I’m terribly sorry that it has taken this to open eyes- eyes that are still closed because we aren’t in the thick of this yet. The terrible remorse of believing a fake god and allowing a loved-one to perish would be too much for me to deal with. I tried tough love with my husband, who became addicted to prescribed opioids, and I will never forgive myself for the call saying he had passed—alone, afraid, and sick. I don’t take joy in their suffering. It will be life-long agony knowing they played a part in this. This is the beginning of the end, and we will all suffer for their cult worship.
