His term expires by very clear language in the Constitution, and he leaves office on January 20. Without an election, Pelosi becomes President.
She could then appoint Biden as VP and resign, and Joe would be POTUS.

.... because just as yellowface's term ends on Jan 20th, so does Speaker Pelosi's.

And with no election, she can not be re-elected.

It will then fall to the Senate, (whoever holds the majority on Jan 20).

It won't be the Republicans because they have some (help me here, 23?) seats up, and the democrats have only (12?) I could be wrong on the numbers, but the majority will fall to the Democrats in the Senate, /if the elections are cancelled/.

The person with the most seniority in the majority party will become President. Welcome President Leahy!
