King Trump makes it explicit: he won't help NY until Cuomo flatters him

On governors asking for help, Trump says, “I think we [Trump admin] are doing very well [at supplying aid]. It’s a two-way street. [Governors] have to treat us well, also.”
He goes on to chide Cuomo for not having asked for ventilators two years ago.
The quid pro quo here might be praise. It might be NY dropping investigations into Trump. God knows what it is. This is where Trump makes explicitly clear that he will happily let those stricken blue states burn in virus hell, unless they flatter him—by doing whatever he wants at the moment.

Gov. Cuomo is 1,000 times the leader you will never be. Your legal problems in NY have no connection to this crisis you are fucking up.
If not he might allow thousands of people to die painful, torturous deaths. Blue state governors need to publicly speak up if he is requesting favors in exchange for federal help.
Where is the outrage? I am sick of people normalizing his horrible behavior or writing it off as mentally ill. He is an evil, cruel, vindictive, greedy monster pure and simple.
In my eyes he is becoming the new Hitler and all the so-called news stations are state run TV. Dems have been pathetic with no pushback at all. I hate what our country has become. Next he and the Gop will be bringing back slavery.
