They have gotten 1000's of requests for permits the last couple weeks and can't keep up, so they are temporarily suspending the process so they can catch up with approvals.

1. Good grief, yet understand completely. Other day I was carrying

a 9-pack in from the shed in broad daylight when I realized I should have been sneaking it in in the small hours, or at least hidden in a basket of laundry. Potential BIG mistake -- our main source of backup material here in Florida would be dried live oak leaves.

Could have to leave early for north GA. Sure Atlanta's ICUs are now filled to capacity and our hospital is in the "Atlanta referral zone," but need for TP is a sure thing, for ICU care not so much.
