Just got a call from my bank. No problems - they're just checking on and updating me
The lobbies are closed so all transactions are now via drive thru, unless you make an appointment. I've been getting emails from them, letting me know the new routine, so I certainly wasn't expecting a personal call! And the timing was perfect because I did, as it happens, have a very non-critical question.
So that thoughtful courtesy has set the tone for my day.
