OTC preparations?

I got a few things before the shelves were all stripped. I live in a state where you can get psuedopenephrinye, so got a box of that. Some Tylenol and ibuprofen, cough drops and throat lozenges. Some milk of magnesia. Also got a couple of 3 month prescriptions filled. Anything I’m missing that supposed to be needed?

me by my 2nd ex-wife after I had emailed her a short list of promising COVID-19 treatments. My
youngest son lives with her, is autistic and blind like his older brother who lives with me and my
youngest is at risk due to chronic lung problems.

Since my ex has worked in the medical field for a number of years I accepted her rec without
hesitation. The NAC is an antioxidant and promotes cellular health and the immune system. It's
expensive, 25 bucks for a bottle of 150 6mg capsules. We use it as directed, one a day... so far so
good.

I wish I'd thought of this when I was buying Liposomal Glutathione. NAC is a precursor to Glutathione, so I could have probably just settled for the NAC, which seems to have a positive impact on lung function.
