bedrooms, not spend time in any typically shared spaces, and both disinfect bathrooms, kitchen and any other area once you leave the room, it should be possible. The infected member needs to wear a mask when they leave their bedroom, though and be very "present" in remembering to carry around a bottle of disinfectant (and USE it).
